Role Description: Your key role as a Quality & Safety Midwife will be to review, investigate and close clinical incidents. Share learning from incidents; support staff involved in any adverse/unexpected outcomes and maintain effective communication for dissemination of relevant information on clinical risks. You will also assist with information gathering, clinical audits and producing root cause analysis reports as well as participating in HHFT Midwifery study days.

Flexible working patterns will be considered for all midwifery applicants! We are currently seeking part-time/full-time hours.

Main duties of the job
What we look for:

A midwife with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Ability to work within the Quality and Safety team as well as working clinically providing antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to all women whilst interacting well with a multi-disciplinary team.
A midwife committed to providing a high standard of care, and constantly striving to deliver a memorable patient experience.
