As the RCM’s Quality and Standards Advisor, you will contribute to shaping the future of midwifery policy and practice. You will have an exciting opportunity to influence the delivery of high-quality midwifery care. Working cross-functionally with both external stakeholders and RCM colleagues across the UK, you will:
• Provide evidence-based advice, information, and support on clinical practice to our members and colleagues across Team RCM
• Deliver analytical support to a range of RCM strategies, publications, products, and policies
• Represent the RCM on committees, forums and working parties, both internally and externally
You will help us to Be the Best We Can Be by:
• Using data systems and data analysis skills to monitor quality in midwifery care
• Using your excellent writing skills to contribute to RCM guidance and publications
• Being the operational lead for the RCM’s midwifery practice guidelines programme, projects, campaigns, and networks, using your excellent organisation skills
