The Role

We are looking for individuals to work within our team in providing both clinical and administrative support for all women throughout the maternity service.

The Maternity Support Workers will work under the direction of the midwife, supporting with the smooth running of the maternity service. This role includes managing the stock levels of the unit, supporting the cleaning and restocking each shift, checking equipment used on the maternity unit and supporting the ward clerks.

This is an exciting opportunity for qualified individuals who are willing to undertake training and have an interest in working in the NHS environment. Ideally you will have some knowledge of working within a hospital setting.

Both permanent and 12 month fixed term contracts are available for this vacancy and will be offered based on the suitability of the candidate.

Interviews are expected to be held on 14th or 17th December.
