Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) and North Cumbria University Hospitals NHS Trust (NCUH) have merged to form North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust (NCIC). Joining forces is an historic step in the journey to truly join up health and care services for a happier, healthier population in Cumbria. As a result of the two organisations working closely together with our partners we are already being regarded nationally as a leading edge integrated care system.
The Trust encourages applications from all backgrounds, communities and industries and is committed to having a workforce that is made up of diverse skills, experiences and abilities.
We are proud to say that our service was rated ‘Good’ at our last CQC inspection and our goal is to ensure all our women and families receive high quality care from our exceptional teams, whilst also placing high value on a positive staff experience.
If you are an enthusiastic and motivated midwife we would love you to come and join our team here in North Cumbria working 30 hours per week. We are currently planning the development of our Continuity of Care teams and are keen for enthusiastic and motivated midwives to join us. We have 2 small friendly Consultant led units and a stand- alone birth centre who all work closely with our community midwifery teams
