An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and dedicated midwives to join our vibrant Maternity team at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as part of a rotational programme. We are on an improvement journey and need midwives who want to have a say and be part of our transformation.
We are currently recruiting Band 5 midwives to join our enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking team. We offer an excellent 12 month preceptorship programme for newly qualified midwives, including bespoke study days and training, fully supported by our Midwifery Practice Facilitator team. You will be provided with an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gaining valuable experience within all areas of the maternity service. There will be an opportunity to work within our newly formed midwifery led suite team – Waves where you will gain experience of our continuity of care models.
Our Maternity Services are committed to women-focused care and your key role will be to provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to all women in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. You will be providing maternity services across various clinical settings and will be part of a dynamic and experienced team of professionals helping each other to meet their full potential while providing high quality and compassionate care within a supportive and friendly environment.
