Professional Advisor, Midwife (Digital)

Contract:

Location:
Flexible- Choose to be based from one of the RCM’s UK offices (London HQ, Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh) or home based, with travel to RCM offices and for other meetings, events and visits as required.

Salary:
Starting at £49,068 per year, and rising each year to a maximum of £56,972 for full time, (plus £5,215 London Weighting if applicable).

Matching your existing salary up to £54,283 per year for full time (includes London Weighting if applicable) in the case of a secondment.

As our Professional Advisor, Midwife (Digital), you will be a key member of the RCM’s Midwifery Policy and Practice team, within the wider Professional team. You will help the RCM be the best we can be by:

● Being responsible for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating educational resources and activities for RCM members.
● Providing advice and information and working collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
● Further developing the RCM’s digital influence and leadership offer.
