We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Registered Midwives to provide outstanding care to the women and their families. We will support you to be able to provide excellence care at every stage.

Main duties of the job
As an ESNEFT Midwife you will be expected to provide the full remit of Midwifery care within the hospital & community setting moving towards a model of caseload management in line with the Continuity of Care.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating, planning, organising and directing activities to ensure optimum care is achieved and continued learning is created and maintained.

Midwives will work in a variety of settings, which will include all antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and community services, maintaining skills in all aspects of midwifery care on a rotational basis.

You will be designated to take charge of all clinical areas in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility.

Minimum 12 months preceptorship

Mentorship in practice
Education & Qualifications
Essential
Registered Midwife.
Knowledge of NMC Handbook of midwives Rules, Code of Professional Conduct, Scope of Professional Practice and its application to clinical practice.
Meets with the requirements of PREP.
Desirable
Has comprehensive knowledge of current practice in Midwifery.
