Band 5 Preceptor Midwife – Maternity unit and community setting, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
Location: Basingstoke & North Hampshire Hospital, Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester and in the Basingstoke/Winchester/Andover Community
Role Description: Preceptorship programme to join a forward thinking and high achieving organisation. Our maternity services are committed to women-focused care and you key role will be to provide antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to all women whilst interacting well with a multi-disciplinary team.
Flexible working patterns will be considered for all midwifery applicants.

Newly qualified midwives with the ambition to deliver outstanding care to both high and low risk mothers within all midwifery environments

Regular reviews with the PD team and personalised plans to achieve progression to Band 6 within a supportive and friendly environment. Ongoing clinical supervision through the PMA team.
