We promote normality, have a rising number of women seeking to use our birth centre and have increased local home birth numbers. We aim to deliver high quality and safe care at all times.
Our posts at this level are rotational to give experience in all areas of the service, and to ensure that all midwives grow and maintain their full range of clinical skills and technical knowledge.
Midwives who join this team will have the opportunity for clinical rotation into all areas of our maternity service over time, to maintain and develop their wider clinical skills including an opportunity to work in a case loading team.
