The Royal College of Midwives has created an exciting new opportunity for an exceptional senior midwifery leader to join our Executive Team as the lead of an 18 month programme to ensure Midwifery is the Heart of Everything We Do.
Here at the RCM we are on a mission to strengthen the voice of midwifery across the UK and so we are looking for the right person to undertake a future focused review of the RCM’s professional agenda, whilst working alongside our Chief Executive and Executive Director team at a strategic level. You will be someone who can effectively reflect our membership and the voice of the midwifery profession.
The outcome of this 18 month programme will be strategic recommendations for the future requirements of the RCM as a professional organisation in order to fulfil our aim to be the Best We Can Be for Our Members, Team RCM, and all of Our RCM.
