This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Patient Safety, Quality and Clinical Governance Manager to join Greenbrook Healthcare, the leading provider of Urgent Care Centres.
As the organisation’s Patient Safety, Quality and Clinical Governance Manager you will be responsible for providing guidance and managerial support across the organisation in relation to effective clinical governance.
This is a senior, influential and pivotal role across the whole organisation. The post holder will promote and oversee the high quality clinical governance systems used within all services across Greenbrook Healthcare; you will be instrumental in ensuring the consistency of high standards in relation to patient safety, quality and governance processes.
We are seeking to recruit a full or part time (minimum 30 hours / 4 days) Patient Safety, Quality and Clinical Governance Manager. The post holder will be supported by the Associate Director of Quality and Clinical Governance and will work closely with an engaged and energetic clinical leadership team supported by a robust operational management structure and the strong, well established local management teams across the organisation.

Requirements
The successful applicant will be NMC registered or an allied health professional. Alternatively you will have a clinical background.
Experience of governance within an NHS setting is also required.
Although the post holder will be primarily based in the Central Support Office in Hounslow they will offer various levels of direct support working at each site based on their fluctuating requirements.A full time equivalent salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (equivalent to band 8b AFC) is offered in addition to company benefits dependent on experience.
