Caseloading Midwives Opportunities:
Cheshire, Essex and Merseyside
Salary £24000 to £37000 dependent on experience
Higher cost of living allowance of 4% paid in Essex together with retention bonus after 12 and 24 months
Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our midwifery teams.
As a One to One midwife you will have the opportunity to work close partnership with women and their families providing continuous care throughout pregnancy, birth and beyond. You will have a unique oportuinity to enchance your professional skills and job satisfaction as well as experiencing the art and science of midwifery in its purest sense.
You will have a caseload of 32 women at any one time together with:
- 63 days annual leave per year
- 6 days mandatory / organizational training per year
-4 days per year to towards your own proffessional development
- Protected time every week
- working closely with a "buddy" and as part of a team of 6 to 12 midwives
- The opportunity to become trained in teaching hypnobirthing to women
In order to meet the needs of our service midwives are expected to live within 30 minutes of the area theywill be working in. Please bear this in mind when applying. If you are prepared to relocate please state this in your application.
