What You Will Be Doing

The AMUM supports the Midwife Unit Manager (MUM) and when required, acts in their role to provide effective leadership and management of the Unit/Department. The AMUM works with the MUM to oversee the delivery of safe, evidence based, person centred care to achieve optimal health outcomes.

The AMUM- MGP works within the Model of Care (MOC) and has a caseload of 2 women per month (0.5EFT) and the other 0.5 EFT leading and supporting the MOC with a portfolio that includes administration and governance.

What You Need

We anticipate you will have:
• Registered Midwife/Nurse or Registered Midwife with current AHPRA registration
• Experience in a leadership or management role. (Desirable)
• Experience working within Antenatal Clinics and Midwifery Home Care. (Desirable)
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence
