Contract: Permanent;
Full time or part time (17.5 to 35 hours per week negotiable)
Location: Flexible- Choose to be based from one of the RCM’s UK offices (London HQ, Belfast, Cardiff, Edinburgh) or home based, with travel to RCM offices and for other meetings, events and visits as required
Salary: Your starting salary will be £44,368 per year if full time (plus £5,215 London Weighting per year if applicable)

We are looking for 3 Professional Advisors to join Team RCM at an exciting time for our newly formed Professional Midwifery team. Working with your colleagues and the RCM’s UK-wide team, you will share responsibility for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating educational resources and professional development activities for our RCM members.
You will be a registered midwife and a specialist in midwifery education and also a specialist in one or more of the following areas:
• Leadership education within maternity services
• Digital education within maternity services
• Learning and professional development in midwifery education
